I'm an experienced and driven C-suite executive with a strong track record of building and scaling successful businesses. I co-founded a specialist media company in 1994, starting with a single healthcare magazine and growing the portfolio to over ten publications, a major digital platform, and a series of respected healthcare events.
Over the years, I helped grow the company into a multi-million-pound operation, playing a key role in shaping strategy, improving operational performance, and delivering sustained growth. I was part of a private equity-backed MBO team that, with further investment rounds, enabled expansion through acquisition. I oversaw the integration of these M&A deals, aligning systems and teams to support continued success.
As Chief Operating Officer, I led a team of over 40 staff, promoting a collaborative and results-driven culture. With deep experience across publishing, events, digital platforms, and corporate development, I bring a combination of entrepreneurial energy and operational leadership to every challenge I take on.
